SHIPPING
Delivery across the EU
All orders ship from our central European hubs. Orders over €200 ship free — this is also our minimum order value, so every order that goes through checkout qualifies. Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Since we require a €200 minimum order, every order ships free — there's no separate shipping fee tier on this site.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30 days to make sure it's right
Contact us
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Pack it up
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Ship it back
We'll send you a return label and instructions once your return is confirmed.
Get refunded
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
What can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless faulty:
- Regulator mouthpieces and second stages
- Snorkels and mask skirts that have been worn
- Undergarments worn beneath wetsuits or drysuits
- Any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout
Faulty items are always covered — contact us and we'll sort it out regardless of packaging condition.

Yes — mention it when you contact us and we'll arrange a direct exchange for size or color where stock allows, instead of a refund.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
